Just a couple of minor thingsā€¦ We found the living room sofa, a little uncomfortable to useā€¦ And of course, the road noise traffic in the back of the house was very loud upstairsā€¦ Other than that, it was truly wonderful.

We loved how close the beach is to the house. Walk out your back door and your nearly there. The finishes in the house were beautiful and all the spaces were clean. It was really close to town which made shopping and dinning simple.
The kitchen needs some upgrades when it comes to pans and cooking utensils.

But for the staircase issue for our dog, we'd definitely be back!
Great place, dog-friendly, and comfortable with direct access to the beach and an amazing view from primary bedroom upstairs! The finishes and decor were great and really appreciated the laundry/mud room where we could hang our wet coats and such. Primary bedroom has a king-size bed, which isn't all that common in rentals, and was pretty comfy. Communications regarding our rental and any needs were promptly responded to, as well.
Stairs to 2nd floor are in an open, and fairly narrow, spiral staircase - ok for us, but frightened our fairly large dog. Anyone with mobility issues will not be comfortable or perhaps capable, of climbing them. And bring your own seasonings, foil or plastic wrap, etc. as there is only a small salt and pepper shaker.

Top Tier OR Family Beach House
The units are smartly designed so they feel spacious and comfortable. The master suite takes full advantage of the ocean views. Path to beach right out back door. Excellent section of beach! Lots of parking and near good restaurants, beaches and shops.
No complaints, really. Unit 8 didn't have a fireplace like other units, which was fine (just not as cozy). The units are close together so it's a bit awkward for neighboring unit's guests to enjoy back decks simultaneously.
