Lovely wooded location and very quiet at night. The hosts were superb;they couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was very satisfying and the added bonus was that you could bring in your own food to cook in the evening in the large, comfortable and well-equipped kitchen where you could chat with other guests and spot red squirrels, deer and assorted wildlife in the gardens outside.
My only rather wee niggle would be that while there were plenty of drawers ,etc., for storage there was nowhere to really hang clothes in our room.

Everything about this place is amazing , location, cleanliness. Can see the owners have a passion for this place and it shows, well worth a visit or 3.

The location was very peaceful and there are several walks from the house. The bedroom was spacious with a view out to trees and front garden. Plenty of parking. We loved watching the red squirrels in the mornings. The use of the kitchen until 9pm was brilliant. Robert was friendly and always around should we need him. The communal spaces were huge. We like sitting in the conservatory in the evenings.
There was nothing we didn't like.
