The place was very clean and neat, the bed was comfortable. The WhatsApp chat line they have provides all the information needed for your stay which is super organized.
The WhatsApp chat line does not reliably inform the booking agent of any issues, so I did have to call her personally for an issue with the hot water. The issue was then promptly resolved. There were some ants in the room and bathroom.

The room was exactly what we saw on booking.com and better. The staff especially Linda was very helpful and welcoming. It was truly comfortable and luxurious.
Just that it was a bit of a hassle to access and return the room key.

The keys. What a fun journey to find my way into the room. Loved the balcony, the layout of the room, and the quiet neighbourhood with leafy avenue. Nonna's Italian restaurant was a delight. Look forward to bringing my family sometime. What a treat after a long day of work at a factory. Thanks for having me to stay!
I couldn't figure out how to get the tv to work. Maybe a page with guidelines would be helpful. There are no saucers.
