Although we did not bring our pets much needed break for ADVENTURES so fun had had enough room for spending time we will be returning for sure .
A suggestion update , clean throw rugs notions, flyers have current year. 2023 tour info. , all the cottage carpet, throw rugs are clean and dry. for next patron. Hands down i love this place .

Gorgeous panoramic views from top to bottom windows facing the ocean for supreme wave watching and seagulls surfing. Relaxing, comfortable, and clean cottage just a short drive to Yachats, trailheads, and more beaches.
A little tricky to accommodate dimming lighting upstairs if bedtime is earlier than those who want to hang out in living room but we figured it out and wouldn't mention it except for the request in this survey.

Beautiful location and view! I love the binoculars!
the mattress! we slept terrible! my partner weighs more than me so I kept falling into his sunken side. we both were tossing and turning and woke up so sore on both days!
The mattress needs to go!
I would book it again if we were guaranteed a good nights sleep! So it was expensive for sleeping on a horrible mattress.
Also, the neighbor was amazing and a really nice guy!!!
one more thing to make the place more comfortable…… a bigger couch!
