Great property, would recommend to anyone staying in Chiang Mai, just outside of the old town, but a 5 min drive on a grab bike so no issues. Staff were all so friendly and cleaners were absolutely great.
Bed was a little bit hard, but that’s personal preference.

The staff were friendly
There were hundreds of ants in the room near the bin that just kept coming back. The bed was very hard and only had two pillows, then when we requested another two they told us we had four, which we didn’t, the other two were decorative cushions. The aircon was temperamental. The walls must have been thin as we could hear everything going on in the corridor such as cleaners in the morning.
