My stay at the Menlyn Apartment in Pretoria was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming and accommodating staff. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment itself was clean and spacious.
The only small issue I encountered was the absence of the complimentary water that they mention that is provided. While this is a minor detail, it's something that can add to the initial welcome. However, it certainly didn't take away from the overall high quality of the experience.

Looked like the pictures. Nice and neat. Hot water was always available. There was an extra blanket to help keep warm although I would’ve loved to have a heater because the apartment itself is quite chilly.
I was under the impression that I’d be paying R650, only to be surprised by an additional cleaning fee of R550. I really believe the onus should be on the owner not the guests. Charging guests for a clean room is crazy business to me. Also didn’t like the security/helper banging on the door like the police when we were trying to get our stuff together before checking out.
