Alice is an amazing host. Such a friendly welcome and introduction to Maison d'Alice. The house is very traditional but clean and well equipped. It is located within Sault and all necessary amenities are nearby. The views are outstanding. Everything you could need is available including coffee maker, iron/ironing board, salt/pepper/oil, kitchen utensils etc. Wifi was excellent throughout. The room was comfortable and even without air conditioning remained cool. Easy, safe and plentiful parking directly outside the property. Could not fault it at all. I had such a lovely time at Maison d'Alice and look forward to coming back.

What a beautiful little house, with a great location very close to the village centre and what a wonderful view! The house had everything we needed for our short stay and Alice was a wonderful host. She met us on arrival and had already answered the few questions that I had via message. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Excellent stay: fantastic location and wonderful host

Fantastic location: traditional house in picturesque town of Sault with stunning view on surrounding countryside and Mont Ventoux. Free parking in front of house. Safe storage for bicycles. Accomodations are basic but lack nothing. Alice is a wonderful host.

Heerlijk ontspannen

Het was een typisch authentiek Frans huisje! Alles was erg schoon en echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Er was zelfs een schuur waar we onze racefietsen veilig neer konden zetten. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. Vanaf je slaapkamer kijk je zo naar de Mont Ventoux.

Leuke plaats en mooie omgeving om in rond te toeren (met auto of fiets).

De accommodatie ligt aan de buitenrand van Sault met een prachtig zicht op de omgeving en de Mont Ventoux.

Wij reisden begin september en het centrum van Sault was volledig doods. Er waren bv. maar 2 restaurants op wandelafstand, en natuurlijk direct volgeboekt.

Heel leuke, nogal speciale, woning. Veel trappen maar deze waren we snel gewoon. De locatie was prachtig.

Het tweepersoonsbed was beetje klein :-) . Het toilet is wat laag.

Charmant oud huisje. Prachtige ligging, kort bij de voet van de Mont Ventoux. Vlakbij centrum maar toch rustig gelegen. Knap uitzicht. Voorzien van veilige fietsenberging. Heel lieve host. Leuk koertje met ingebouwde bbq.

La vue exceptionnelle, les places de parking en face du gîte, la mise à disposition d’une cour et d’un garage pour les vélos . Gîte agréable et hôte très accueillante et sympathique.

La maison d'Alice est idéale et Sault est un endroit parfait pour rayonner en Provence.

Emplacement au village idéal au calme avec une vue magniique et la proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Alice est une hôtel très prévenante. Parking gratuit à proximité.

Tout était parfait mais seules les marches peuvent représenter un inconvénient pour des personnes plus agées et des enfants en bas ages.

Séjour au calme dans une maison de village historique très bien située

L'accueil sympathique et agréable d'Alice qui réside dans la maison voisine. Le logement est très bien situé, proche du centre et des commerces, avec en + de très belles vues sur le Mont Ventoux.

Séjour très agréable à Sault et dans la région du Ventoux

Le gîte est bien placé, dans le vieux Sault, près des commerces, et offre une vue magnifique sur la plaine de Sault et le Ventoux. L’emplacement est très calme, on dort vraiment bien. En fin de journée, le soleil entre à flots. La cuisine est bien aménagée et la proprio fournit café, tisanes, sucre, huile, etc. On peut garer les vélos à l’intérieur.

La disposition du gîte, sur trois étages et demi, est particulière. Par exemple, la cuisine est au rez-de-chaussée et la salle à manger est au premier. Si on veut aller à la toilette avant de prendre sa douche, il faut aussi changer d’étage. Les marches des escaliers sont étroites et de hauteurs inégales. Ceci dit, nous avons beaucoup aimé le gîte et nous y retournerions.

Très bon emplacement, logement sur 3 niveaux. En ouvrant les fenêtres, une vue magnifique sur les champs, montagnes. Au calme toute la journée. Alice est une personne chaleureuse, très aimable et disponible.

A refaire !

Emplacement idéal pour aller au mont ventoux, ce que nous avions prévu ! Nos ados avaient leur chambre et chacun leur lit c'était très bien. Accueil chaleureux même avec notre arrivée assez tardive. Le restaurant Pichoun dans le village est vraiment à recommander, tout y est fait maison. Et merci Alice d'accepter les chiens, notre petite Meï a pu être de la partie. Nous nous souviendrons des 16 ans de notre fils !

ALICE AU PAYS DU VENTOUX

Le calme et la vue sur le ventoux. La maison étant dans un village pittoresque a du charme. La maison est bien. Une pièce est prévue pour mettre des vélos et un parking juste devant. L'accueil a été chaleureux et convivial. La propriétaire habitant juste à côté est pratique.

Il me semble important d'apporter une précision sur l agencement de la maison. En effet , elle est organisée sur 3 étages ,avec des escaliers étroits en colimaçon. Cette maison est bien pour des jeunes mais ne se destine pas pour des personnes âgées, ou des enfants en bas âge.

Das Maison d‘Alice ist ein Haus mit sehr viel Charme. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Sault mit tollem Ausblick über das Tal und dem Blick zum Mont Ventoux ist beeindruckend. Ganz toll war auch der gemütliche Innenhof, den bei unserer Anwesenheit zum Mittelpunkt gemacht haben, egal ob zu den Mahlzeiten oder um einfach nur auszuspannen. Die Abende dann vor dem Haus mit Sonnenuntergang waren ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Einrichtung des gesamten Hauses war stilvoll und funktionell. Die Betten sind für große Personen etwas kurz aber trotzdem gut. Das Bad ist etwa klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und wir hatten mit Kater Pilou auch gleich Familienanschluss und die volle Akzeptanz. Vor dem Haus und unterhalb der Zufahrtsstraße stehen ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig. Alice ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ein Besuch in ihrem kleinen Laden im Nebenhaus lohnt allemal um allerlei regionale Produkte zu erwerben. Der Gang zum Bäcker am Morgen durch die engen Gassen von Sault (3 Minuten) war obligatorisch. Im Ort gibt es auch mehrere gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel bei kleinen Geschäften. Mittwochs ist auf dem Place de Marché Markt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Ein größerer Einkaufsmarkt ist 1 km außerhalb von Sault mit großer Auswahl. Für Radfahrer gibt es sowohl im Ort ein Radgeschäft - der Inhaber spricht englisch, französisch und türkisch - und beim Supermarkt außerhalb von Sault. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung muss man sich die Mühe machen, mindestens 30 bis 50 km zu fahren. Für die Auffahrt auf den Mont Ventoux ist Sault der ideale Ausgangsort. Mit dem Rad sind es 26 km, zunächst leicht ansteigend mit durchschnittlich 4-5% Steigung und nur zwei kurzen Rampen mit 8% Steigung. Erst nach 20km, nach dem Chalet Reynard, folgt der letzte, steilere Aufstieg zum Col de Mont Ventoux.
