Expensive for this quality

Unusual time to check out, a woman who met me was kind. A bed was big

The place was dirty. I am not picky, but I felt uncomfortable. Smell was like a cheep fresher. It was a studio - with kind of kitchen in the room. Kitchen drawers were barely holding on and were clearly about to fall. The bathroom was smelling because it doesn't have any ventilation and it always has some humidity. The floor was dirty. The location is quite unsafe (not related to landlord). I don't recommend to walk there during the night

good for the price

I liked how nice the host was. My train was cancelled so i arrived later than expected, but the host was nice enough to make an exception for me to check in later than initially arranged. The room was a studio and very spatious.

Great Host

I arrived in the middle of the night due to a flight delay. The host got up for me in the middle of the night, around 02:00, to show me my room. He was amazing. For the money this stay was perfect, the room had everything you could ask for.

Overall, for the price, this was a very good stay.

The host was very nice and spoke English when I panicked and forgot the few French words I knew. The room, while broiling in the summer heat, had a fan. I also really appreciated the presence of a microwave, fridge, tea and coffee, cutlery, dishes, wifi, towels, and shampoo - this is above standards in many places. Lastly, the room was super clean!

The heat in the summer - the small window didn't have a net and I therefore felt that leaving it open overnight would be counterproductive. Leaving the fan on low overnight helped slightly with this, however. The location also looked a bit dodgy and wasn't signposted, but the host did arrive within a minute or two of ringing the bell.

The host was super nice and flexible for checking; comfortable, large bed, kitchenette equipped for a morning coffee/tee, not far from the Central station

The area looks a bit questionable, kind of the dodgy side of the street. The entrance of the building is a bit warring, everything super old and not well maintained or really clean.

I think it’s expensive to what it is, but it has all you need if you are not planning to stay for long

Good

The price is a positive aspect comparing to other apartments in the city. The owners always keep contact with me and let me check out an hour later. It has the necessary facilities to spend a night. It is closed to Charleroi Centre and the bus to the airport. I will book it again to spend a night.

People with disabilities or old people will have difficulties to access the room. The neighborhood needs more light and less rubbish.

Good value, roomy and in a good location for me, just outside the downtown. I was in the single apartment which had a small kitchen included. Also the bed was very comfy.

It was "a long way to the top for a sausage roll." Lots of relatively steep stairs, so pack light.

The place is very well located, near to the Charleroi Sud Train Station. Very convenient to stay while waiting for a plane. The person that gave me the key was very nice and explained everything.

Good place for a short stay.

Very convenient location in terms of connection to train station / city center. Large flat, well equipped with kitchen / fridge. Clean sheets and towels. Quiet place. Welcoming host.

The mattress was a bit worn down and hence not comfy. The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner. The stairs are a little bit steep, but the host offered to help for moving the luggage.

At first was surprised, because the Location is a little bit outside the centre. But later i recognized that it is close to the main attractions and also calm. In the flat you everything which you need, so aus you Like to live there.

An excellent budget choice in Charleroi very close to the train station!

I had to stay one night in Charleroi before going to the airport and this place came with an excellent price/quality ratio. It was sparkling clean with a kitchenette. For the price paid, I was EXTREMELY surprised with the attention they put to details: tea/coffee provided, water and juice in the fridge, facecloth, etc. The place is easy to find out and it is within walking distance from the South train station. I contacted the host on booking for questions regarding the check-in time and always got answers back very quickly. It seems to be newly listed on booking.com and really wish them all the best!

I will suggest them to align on the check-in/check-out time with most of the hotels in Belgium. 5pm is the current check-in time and it could be quite late in some cases. I was very happy they let me check-in an hour earlier.
