Old Town Apartment

- Apartment had everything we need: shower gel, shampoo, drying rack, iron, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, kitchen towel, a washing machine. - Location is very central: walking distance to Fama shopping center, Inger hotel where we has eaten lunch, to Ratusha where we have taken place in Christmas events - Apartment was very clean and Sergei was very friendly and responsive. He asked if we checked in ok and if everything was all right, gave us parking advice I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay

Apartment is on the ground floor but it was still quiet so was not actually bothering us at all. Plus it has good blinds protecting from any light or sight. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine but again it was not the must for us. So we were still fine even without it. Dishwasher would have been nice as well but at least apartment had all you need to wash dishes by hand.

We loved our stay at the old town apartment! İt has a very homely feel, is spacious, everything is very clean and works well. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was sheer luxury. Sergey is a very attentive and friendly host. The location is unbeatable, shops, restaurants and all the attractions are in walking distance. Would stay there again any time.

Nothing bad to report, only that the apartment was booked out the next days already, otherwise we would have stayed longer :)

The apartment was generally okay for a short stay. We stayed for two nights and it served its purpose. Having a washing machine was very convenient and worked well. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for basic cooking.

The apartment was noisy. We could hear footsteps and constant stomping from the neighbours upstairs. Check-in was unnecessarily complicated. The entrance code repeatedly showed an error while entering it. Eventually, we discovered that the code had to be entered very quickly in order to work, which was not clearly explained and caused frustration upon arrival. The biggest issue was the bed linen. The bedding provided was visibly dirty – there were greasy stains and red stains on it (photos). I contacted the owner and suggested that the bedding should be thrown away, as it is not expensive to replace. I was told it would be changed, and I sincerely hope that has been done. Due to this, I had to completely remake the bed myself. There was 1 big duvet on the bed, but not long enough so I ended up using blankets also. The pillows were uncomfortable as well, so we ended up using sofa cushions instead. The furniture was obviously cheap but served its purpose.
