It’ s a nice, fair size apartment with all the equipment which is needed for the comfortable a few days holiday. Nice beach near by ( several minutes walking). Violeta was very kind and allowed us to book in earlier and left us a bottle of local wine by the door step as a good bye gift😊
In our opinion it is worth to consider an upgrade of the small bedroom with an air conditioning.

Very good
Nice and spatious apartment, terrace is good, but very near to the next door apartment, so hard to stay private. Parking is OK. Bathroom is clean and works well, washing machine is useful. 2 out of 3 rooms have air conditioning and they work well.
Garden in not private, but shared by two apartments. Cutlery in the kitchen is very limited. ( 4 teaspoons for 5-6 people.) There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family for 7 days. (These are small nuisances, but don't show generosity or great care.) The bathroom bin was half full with someone else's sanitary trash.

You get what you expect for such price. There were some things that needed to be fixed, but the owner - Violeta was very quick and helpful to solve it as soon as possible. We were satisfied with the stay (3 adults + 2 children) :) We have tried lot of beaches near the house - Hidrobaza with not much shadow, free beach Vile in the area of camp or Lost beach. The trip by boat from Fažana to the island and NP Brijuni with beatiful beaches is worth it!
It is not a problem connected directly to the accommodation, but be aware of lot of moscitos in the area.
