Good amenities. Decor is dark and somewhat gloomy. Building was clean but had a smell that wasn’t always pleasant. Liked the water park although the lighting was lacking once the sun set.
There is no place for gathering that is near the rooms. Loved the staff was able to place all four of our rooms together.

Clean facility, friendly staff, pool and lazy river was great for my grandson.
I was disappointed in the breakfast selection.
