Closeness to town and the Breck Connect Gondola was great and made hitting the slopes really easy.
I wouldn’t count it against the property managers but it’s a pretty old building and the walls are very thin.

Very friendly support staff. Although they weren't able to fix our problem (see below) they were very friendly and provided a partial refund.
Neither the internet nor cable TV worked. The problem was that the apartment complex replaced the walkways and cut all the cables. The replacement was an "apartment-wide" wifi network that, with all the users, was too slow to be useful. It also didn't solve the cable TV issue. Future renters should be made aware of the situation (until fixed).
