If I could give the cottage a score above 10, I would. The cottage is exceptional - comfortable, clean, relaxing, - felt like home. The bed was super comfortable and great pillows. The description and pictures were accurate. The kitchen had all the tools you would need if you want to cook your own meals. The couches in the living room were comfortable with a large TV to watch in the evenings. Having the front porch and back patio was lovely - I could hear the ocean from the front porch. Yes, the beach is right there - and the beach is fabulous. It is easy to go into the historic district in St. Augustine - a 5 to 10 minute drive, depending on traffic. There are restaurants/diners that you can walk to if you don’t want to cook.
I had to leave it.

How loud the dryer was!

location was outstanding, cozy but perfect for my husband and I and the two dogs.
Dog fee seemed excessive for three days.

Location, cleanness.
It needs some renovation and better maintenance.
