• Maximum overnight occupancy: 6 guests
• Any visitors must be approved ahead of time.
• Maximum 2 vehicles
• No parties, events, or gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette groups

PETS:
• Pet-friendly for two dogs up to 35 pounds. Pet fee is $150.00 per pet
• Larger pups possible for an additional fee
• All dogs must be pre-approved
• No dangerous breeds and must be up to date on all shots
• We kindly ask that you pick up behind your pet
• All pets are required to be on a leash or harness when on the grounds

Nice location right on beachConvenient to restaurants by foot or drive House recently rehabbed and suitable for 2 couples or small family House well equipped to stay and cook HVAC needs some work - we were there in the winter and top master bedroom floor gets very hot but stays very cool in the living area

This is a very nicely remodeled home as close to the surf as you'd ever want to be. The owners/managers are very responsive and communicated with us promptly whenever there was a question. You'll be happy you decided to stay here.

Absolutely Perfect!We LOVE this beach house! Stunning views from inside and out of the ocean. Even the master bedroom has a breathtaking view. Starting each morning sipping coffee while watching the sunrise and dolphins, was one of our favorite ways to start our day. Steps away to the beach made it more perfect.The home is spacious, spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The furnishings were new, the beds were fantastic, and the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated with a Christmas Tree, The electric fireplace was a bonus, making our evenings very relaxing and fun.The location couldn’t be better. We enjoyed so many local favorites and found it easy to explore great restaurants recommended by our host, along with easy access to the trolley bus tour, with pick up nearby. The host and team were professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit.This was a wonderful getaway from start to finish. We can’t wait to return!
