Kihei Condo w/ Resort Amenities: Walk to the Beach

We love the outer property, beautiful landscaping tree coverage, two lanais, spacious condo.

The pool areas were very crowded. We would ah e loved to make more use of them but they were often full. We then decided to go at night and felt kind of harassed by the night security person who would come and demand our names and to know in which property we were staying. This is sort of awkward to share in front of strangers and seemed a little over the top considering there is also a locked gate on both pools.

Great location. Beds and showers were comfortable. Overall- the facility is nice. Not too expensive.

The rooms need a better maintenance and an inspection before new guests enter the condo. One air condition did not work, the second was very noisy. When we opened the ceiling fan- the neighbors from upstairs complained. Finally- the washing machine was not clean. .

The beauty of its looks!; the upkeep by the hardworking maintenance staff, and friendliness.

Didn’t have any air conditioning in the living room due to loudness and non-cooling. Reported it to but told to just unplug it since they will order a new one. Ice machine was plugged up and non-functioning.

Liked the layout of condo, beautiful complex/grounds, lovely pools. Very much enjoyed lanai for morning coffee.

The condo lacked kitchen supplies/ necessities like pots and pans to cook. Could use updated towels /linen. Needs a very deep cleaning. Stained carpet.
