Convenient, close to everything. Inside pool and the rooms were comfortable and it offers continental breakfast.
The Manager, Ashley Cousins, is very rude and lacks professionalism. I requested to speak to her about the bad experience I had when I called the hotel the night before to verify my stay. I was not in their system. I called booking.com so the issue was resolved. The next day when I arrived, my room was not ready. Check in at 3pm. So I arrived a 3:30 and still I had to wait. I requested to speak to the manager and she didn’t want to come out. So I said excuse me I still would like to your manager. She came out with her hands in her pockets with a nasty attitude like I’m bothering her. Then she also asked me if I wanted to cancel. That is not what I was saying. Did not apologize and wanted me to sign a discrepancy form for $50 dollar and turned around and walked away. Very rude. Bad for business.
