Beautiful 4 Bed Beach House

Seafront position and chairs for sitting on the beach. We had tea/coffee in the morning and sunset drinks on the beach even in January. Long beach walks. Big sitting room and large dining table. Enjoyed by all 6 of us aged 13-78. Twi sumptuous double bedrooms with sea views, nice twin bedroom for children/teenagers. Comfortable beds with snow-white, crisp linen.

The beach hut was locked (but we didn't need it as no rain and we are hardy so ok). The bedroom at the back had barely room for a double bed (and a back-yard view).

Nothing really, a couple of minor maintenance issues but no issues

Great location on beach. Lock box with keys was a little tricky but got there in the end. Lovely house with great bedrooms. The house was nice and warm on a blustery and chilly weekend.

One of the beds was a bit dodgy in the twin room as the slats had fallen through. We did let the owner know at the end of our stay. The shower in the bath did not have a hook to hold it up to have a stand up shower so six of us had to rotate and use the downstairs shower.

The location was amazing! The beach was beautiful and just a few steps from the property! Beds were very comfy and lots of room inside for everyone. Good sized rooms and lovely comfy sofa great table plenty of room for everyone to sit around.

The property was not clean when we got there. The oven was dirty and there were bits all over the floor. There were no outside lights working at the back of the property nor where the hot tub lights working so this could not be used in the evening. There was an old large garden post just left in the back yard this was quite dangerous as was quite thick and heavy. The bottom floor bathroom has an aluminium strip on the floor that serves no purpose my 91 year old father in law tripped on this and gained a large gash on his arm as he fell up against the door lock on door frame. There are some steps that lead from the beach hut onto the beach there are slabs missing from one this is a trip hazard. In the small double bedroom at the back on middle floor the bottom panel of the drawer was broken so this couldnt be used. I didnt recieve a welcome pack until I asked for it on the day of arrival and it was emailed to me in a format I couldnt open on my phone, laptop or table when I emailed asking for it to be sent again I didnt even get a reply. Without a welcome pack we were unable to use the cooker until we worked it out for ourselves and we had no info for bins etc. Like I said the propery is in a great location but was disapointed with the service for the money I paid.
