Très belle semaine à Concarneau sous un chaud soleil avec un logement confortable et sa terrasse.

Facilté d’accès par une boîte à clé. Fanny nous a tout bien expliqué en amont, photo à l’appui, les clés, les appareils ménagers, le système audio avec le rétro projecteur, tout était parfait.

Très joli appartement décoré avec goût

Nous avons apprécié les explications de l'hôte qui était très claires. L'appartement est décoré avec gout et il est très propre. La literie était confortable sauf les oreillers qui étaient un peu mou à mon goût. La rue est calme et il y a un joli balcon qui est ensoleillé une bonne partie de la journée.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de serviette de toilette disponible alors qu'il est indiqué dans le descriptif des équipements de l'appartement "linge de maison" et qu'il y ait des photos des chambres où l'on voit des serviettes de toilette joliment présentées qui induisent en erreur. Appartement situé un peu loin de l'hyper centre car il faut soit prendre le bac (1 € le passage) soit la voiture qui vous rend au centre ville en 15 min, sinon la route n'est pas agréable pour la faire à pied.

Le logement fonctionnel et très bien situé. L’échange cordial avec l’hôte ainsi que sa disponibilité . Le confort de la literie et la terrasse ensoleillée de l’appartement. Parfait pour 4 personnes 😉

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und geräumiges Appartment. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es war wirklich alles da, inkl. Geschirrspüler. Wir waren zu Zweit und hatten wirklich viel Platz. Die Terrasse ist herrlich zum Frühstücken und Abendessen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Appartment ist ruhig gelegen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Falls wir wieder in die Bretagne fahren, nehmen wir wieder diese Unterkunft.

Parkplatz vor dem Haus immer frei; E-Bikes im Hof sicher untergebracht; großer Sonnenschirm auf Terrasse/Balkon; gegen Winddrehung festbinden; Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler (steht im Flur); Dusche ebenerdig (keine Wanne) und mit Thermostat: Vermieterin antwortet schriftlich in WhatsApp auch in Deutsch; nächster Supermarkt Intermarche SUPER mit riesiger Fischabteilung (10 Austern 6,80 €) in 550 m Entfernung; an der D783;

Zur Stadt ist immer Fähre (3 Minuten, 1 €) notwendig, nimmt aber nur jeweils 2 Räder mit, also manchmal Wartezeit. Für Radfahrer auch kurzer Weg hintenrum über Schleusentor möglich und empfohlen; Beamer im Wohnzimmer? ist ein Fernseher, haben wir erst nach 3 Tagen herausbekommen, nur französische Programme; Betten im linken Schlafzimmer haben GUMMIunterlage; vielleicht sinnvoll bei Kindern; sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig; im rechten Schlafzimmer keine Gummiunterlage; am Geländer befestigte Schlüsselbox machte "stundenlang" Probleme; richtig rum halten und dann Zahlen ablesen;

Appartement in Concaneau

Geräumiges, ruhiges Appartement, gute Ausstattung, allerdings für 2Personen auch nur 2 Handtücher. Schöne Terrasse. Sehr gute Video Einweisung in die Hauselektronik, nur der Hinweis auf die Wlan Adresse fehlte. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin auf Deutsch ist sehr gut. Der eigentliche Ort nur mit Fähre erreichbar, die aber ab 19 Uhr nicht mehr fährt. Lebensmittel und Fischladen in der Nähe. 2 Restaurants ebenfalls in der Nähe, aber leider nicht immer geöffnet. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Werfthafen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
