Artisan Park

The location is excellent and the staff at the restaurant/checkin were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is also very good.

There was a staff member named Aleksandra, I presume she is the manager that needs to learn a bit about communication. Room could also be better cleaned as there where spiderwebs in the sealing. Despite that other staff members go above and beyond expectations.

Nice rooms, nice breakfast, comfortable beds. Best Hotel in town.

Odour drom the drain in the bathroom. Better English in the reception would be nice.

Artisan Park is excellently located with everything important within walking distance. The room was new and equipped with all modern amenities. The bakery on the first floor also serves as the breakfast room and serves excellent quality food. Staff is very friendly.

I understand that the hotel saves money by not having a reception and instead providing PIN codes to enter through the front door and the room door. However, it would have been nice to at least have a name of a person to contact in case of questions. As long as all goes smoothly this is negligible. It also would be nice to have a safe place to store bikes overnight.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast

No reception, you have to enter using a code. The door handle was broken and in case I would arrive late I wouldn’t be able to enter the room using just the code. Received a regular key from the staff in the restaurant/shop and had to open with it. They didn’t care to inform me about it and luckily my plans changed so I arrived earlier. Very bad! I heard that this has not been fixed for months! Room number 2 - be aware!
