Exceptional views, positioned right on the sea so you can the breakers from the windows.
It's VERY small and a bit tatty. Everything's funtional but issues like a toilet that was blocked when arrived, a dripping shower and various other more aesthetic needs for renovation - like mold on the shower grout and bathroom ceiling, and a cable hole in the wall above the fridge that needs a large chunk of plaster repairing - bring it down. For the price charged, even out of season, these things should be attended to
