The host sent notification of where to collect the keys, but asked me to collect from another venue. All wasted check-in time.
The host had an inventory list that took 3 hours to check, with numerous items not in the apartment.
The host then came to verify herself, all during my booked time, delaying my family from getting started with our day.
The host also removed items from the apartment without informing us that they should not be on the inventory list.
