The location and views from the apartment were great.

-Bluetooth and WiFi needed to use the smart keys, could be problematic if you have data or roaming issues. If you are travelling with someone else, make sure to ask the letting company to set them up on the smartphone app needed to gain entry as well. -Access to carpark: We could not get back into the carpark one of the days of our trip. When I contacted the letting company about the issue, they were unhelpful, only saying it should be working. We were told that if the fob to access the carpark does not work, the system is 'overloaded' and try again in a few minutes. This is completely incorrect. We worked out for ourselves that if you do not use the fob to exit the carpark (i.e. follow another car out who has already opened the gate), the fob will not allow you to enter again. Luckily another resident drove up and used their fob to let us in. -Shower in main bathroom had practically no water pressure and was unusable. An issue that previous guests have also highlighted but has not been rectified. -No hand soap provided in bathrooms, only the little bottles of shampoo/shower gel
