老闆人很好，非常親切，有什麼需求或是問題告知後，老闆回覆很快，住宿房間風格樣式很多，還能自己挑喜歡的風格入住。雖然是無人櫃檯，但抵達後，只要通知老闆，就能快速且清楚的自行辦理入住程序，還有專屬的機車與汽車停車場，完全不用擔心車位問題，是一次非常棒的住宿體驗。價格公道，很推薦旅客來羅東玩的時候選擇這間住宿。

This is an odd place - it is an apartment that has been converted into accommodation. The check in process is done remotely, 'Lin' opens the front door for you and you follow instructions via LINE on how to get in the unit. No one works on site and an associate is sent to collect the payment later. There are cameras everywhere. I recieved a LINE message asking if I used a lotion in the common area, which I did not. It was unnerving and weird to know I was actively being watched. I felt less inclined to use to common area and stayed in the room - which did not have any windows. I wished that I had known there were no windows at time of booking, but you cannot select a specific room because it is first come first serve (you pick an open room when you arrive). Lastly, the wrong key card was put in our room. We were able to lock our door from the inside, but when we returned, the key did not work because it was the key to the room next door. Thankfully, the room next door was unoccupied so we were able to swap the keys. This had potential to be problematic, as there are no staff on site.
