地點方便，房東服務態度很好，可以自己挑房間再入住。 適合只是需要睡覺空間的旅客居住。
環境設備老舊，室內風格強烈，要做好心理準備，沒有櫃檯，走道空間狹窄。 有時電視沒有網路無法收看，地板有破洞，沙發彈簧老舊、凹凸不平，門只有喇叭鎖，床很軟，沒有支撐性，大部分的房間沒有對外窗。
