Delf Stream, close to town with lovely sunny terrace

The apartment was in a great location very close to the town and all it's facilities, well stocked with all that you would need The apartment was very clean and well presented, the welcome pack was greatly appreciated . The host Mark was very accommodating and agreed to allow us to extend our depart time to accommodate my wife's disability which we both greatly appreciated it was most kind and considerat.

The bathroom l thought lacked storage facilities for items like body sprays and toothpaste. We spent quite long stays in the apartment because my wife became unwell and found the soft furniture a little uncomfortable and quite low to the ground.

We had a lovely stay here. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and tidy, and the location was ideal — situated on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from Sandwich town. The host communicated really well beforehand, with all the instructions clearly and simply explained, which made everything very easy. There were also lots of thoughtful little touches that made us feel welcome, including milk and cakes in the fridge when we arrived, and plenty of tea, coffee and other essentials in the cupboards. Even the extra toilet rolls were appreciated — always a bonus for obvious reasons! The beds were comfortable, the accommodation was tastefully decorated, and the whole place was simply a pleasure to stay in. We particularly enjoyed having the little patio area where we could sit outside with a drink and something to eat when the sun was shining. The parking space was also incredibly useful. It meant we could leave the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go, which was perfect for exploring Sandwich. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others. A well-deserved 10/10.

It was all good. The patio is in a beautiful sunny spot so a sun shade would have been useful.

Location minutes from town centre, river, supermarket, shops, restaurants and pubs. Flat is tastefully decorated and a comfortable space to spend time in.

Grab rails in the bath would be helpful for some.

Comfortable environment, quality fittings throughout, needed for nothing.

Awkward parking.
