mattress of left bed feels way too soft. gave up on the tv. beware the stairs. this goes up an impressive 8 flights of stairs to the 4th floor under the roof

Außer das Bett war es soweit ok.

Wohnung ist groß und mit allem was man braucht.

Das Bett, ein Boxspringbett, war von den Matrazen und dem Topper durch. Man könnte auch eine Hängematte dazu sagen. Wir waren 3 Nächte da und ich muss sagen das dass auch definitiv für den Rücken reichte. Und, die Wohnung liegt in der 4ten Etage Altbau, real ist es der 6ste Stock. 91 Stufen bis zur Wohnung, nichts für Leute die gesundheitliche Einschränkungen haben. Da ist die Bemerkung mit der Dachgeschosswohnung doch recht dürftig!!

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist hübsch und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer groß mit neuer Sanitär-Einrichtung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz war jederzeit an der Straße in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Hauses zu finden. Die Innenstadt und der Hafen sind gut fußläufig nach einem kleinen Spaziergang durch den Kurpark zu erreichen. Ich habe mich im Ganzen dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Viele Stufen bis unters Dach in den 4. Stock, war mir aber vorher bekannt und ist ja auch nicht zu ändern 😊

Man musste etwa 90 Stufen steigen, was einem aber vorher bewusst ist, wenn man eine Dachgeschosswohnung bucht.

Geräumige, schöne Unterkunft

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, auf Fragen wurde direkt reagiert. Die Räumlichkeit ist groß und hell, gut ausgestattet und ruhig, aber doch recht zentral. Zum Bahnhof braucht man ca. 20, zum Südstrand 45 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Schön ist auch die Nähe zum Kurpark, in dem ich mich ebenfalls gern aufgehalten habe. Alles in allem habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mir haben im Haushalt nur Kleinigkeiten wie zb Schere oder Salzstreuer gefehlt. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Es ist wichtig zu wissen dass die Wohnung sich im DG befindet und die Treppen recht sportlich sind ;)

WLAN und Fernseher. Reinigungsteam sehr freundlich.

Der Backofen war dreckig und der Kühlschrank hat gestunken. In dem Badezimmer war eine riesige Pfütze und der Duschvorhang fällt schon beim angucken ab… Das Bett war sehr instabil und der Boden hat geklebt und war schmierig. Zudem hat man stark gerochen, dass dort mal geraucht wurde… Nachdem es angesprochen wurde, folgte nur: ,,das hätten Sie dem Reinigungsteam sagen müssen.“

Vorsicht: Der Preis der Wohnung wird ohne Bettwäsche angezeigt! Die Wohnung erschien mit einem Gesamtpreis von 61 Euro. Nach Buchung verlangte der Vermieter noch zusätzlich 24 Euro für die Bettwäsche. Diese Gebühr steht irgendwo im Kleingedruckten. Für uns gehört Bettwäsche selbstverständlich dazu, wenn wir eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht buchen. Wir gehen ja auch nicht davon aus, dass der Gastgeber nach Buchung noch extra Gebühren für die Benutzung der Toilette berechnet. Unserer Meinung nach hätte diese zusätzliche Gebühr dann wenigstens transparent beim Preis kenntlich gemacht werden müssen. So hätte man einfach die Option „Ferienwohnung mit Bettwäsche“ und „Ferienwohnung ohne Bettwäsche“ mit unterschiedlichen Preisen anbieten können. Als wir den Vermieter darauf ansprachen, reagierte er extrem pampig und zynisch, so ähnlich wie er auch hier die negativen Bewertungen kommentiert. Wir haben über den Kundenservice eskaliert und auch sie waren der Meinung, dass die zusätzliche Gebühr transparent hätte gekennzeichnet werden müssen, ähnlich wie Kurtaxe oder Frühstück. Sie boten uns deshalb an, diese zusätzliche Gebühr zu übernehmen. Auch der Mann, der abends zu uns ins Apartment kam und das Geld eintreiben musste, meinte, dass sich bereits viele Gäste über die zusätzliche Gebühr beschwert hätten.

Gerne wieder!

Große geräumige, saubere Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht und schöner Altbau. Viel Platz, riesiges Badezimmer und große Küche. Tolle Aussicht bei Sonnenaufgang! Großer Fernseher mit Netflix.

Es wäre gut, wenn sofort ersichtlich wäre, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur mit Extrapreis erhältlich sind. Das kannte ich vorher nicht und finde es schade.

24h Trip an die Nordsee mit einer entspannten Übernachtung gekrönt.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Unterkunft und haben eine entspannte Zeit verbracht. Die Lage war optimal und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hielt keine Wünsche offen.

Die Kommunikation zwischen der Reinigungsfirma (zwecks Schlüssel), dem Vermieter und uns hätte besser laufen können.

Sehr gute Lage , Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür, Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen 👍Bad ist sehr groß 👌Küche perfekt!

Unser absoluter Favorit

Wir buchen sehr viele Ferienwohnungen, aber diese hat uns besonders überrascht. Mit der Lage beginnend- Haltestellen vor der Tür, Fußläufig 10 min ins Zentrum, Rewe gleich um die Ecke (offen bis 00:00) Die Wohnung liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, absolut sauber und hygienisch. Für die Zwichenreinigung alles da. Highlight: Einwegzahnbürsten, Badeartikel, Toilettenpapier, eine Flasche Wasser und Wein zur Begrüßung und das zu einem unschlagbar günstigen Preis meiner Meinung nach. Hier kommen wir definitiv gerne wieder! Anmerkung: Wir hatten den Vermieter zwecks einer Frage kontaktiert- prompt erreicht. Ein sehr netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sogar am Abend noch persönlich kommen würde um eine Glühlampe in einer Nachtischleuchte zu wechseln 😉 was will man mehr...

Man sollte halt beachten das es sich ums Dachgeschoss handelt und man ein paar Stufen laufen muss.
