The location, the view, the cleanliness and the size of the place

The entrance to the parking lot is shared by both restaurant and service workers, and it does not lead to the parking lot easily. You need to open more than 4 doors to access. Prices are higher than the rest.

incredibly relaxing stay in an amazing apartment.

The quality of this apartment is amazing both inside the apartment & outside areas such as the gym & a choice of 4 pools. The staff that support this property are fantastic from the security staff in the building to the amazing cleaning team who kept the place spotless to Mara who helped with any issues we had efficiently. fThe location is superb on Bluewaters island with supermarket & restaurants close by so everything is at hand. The best thing about the apartment has to be the stunning view right in front of the wheel looking across to JBR with the Burj Khalifa in the distance.

a few issues with the cards giving access to the building, the TV & welcome pack but all we’re resolved by Mara.

The view was amazing, clean and the team of luxury 365 were very helpful and accommodating. They sent us suggested places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Красивый вид с локацией при этом мешает шум с улицы

Местоположение, вид, есть все необходимое. Location and view.

Очень плохая звукоизоляция и шум от дороги слышен даже ночью и спать сложно. Приходили сотрудники и вставляли шумоизоляцию но помогло не сильно. Слабый напор воды в душевой и как то не было горячей воды. Very poor soundproofing and road noise can be heard even at night and it is difficult to sleep. The staff came and installed soundproofing, but it didn’t help much. Weak water pressure in the shower and somehow there was no hot water.
