We did enjoy our stay here, it was clean and comfortable, quiet area and staff were wonderful. Just it's location is

The property itself is lovely! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff were great even with the lead up to our stay great support and communication.

It's location, we only stayed as we had a wedding around 10 minutes away. If your looking for a location with lots to do and easy route to city centres I would not recommend this property. There isn't a lot to do. There is a little town open around 10/15 walk but very little is open

Loud neighbors, payment for check in after 6pm, early check out, incompetent girl at the reception who doesn't speak English and calling me all the time to know the exact time of arrival. Parking is 5 euro per day.

La posizione dell’albergo in un posto tranquillo e con posti auto disponibili gratuitamente. A pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge della costa Etrusca e i borghi marinari. Personale gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, soprattutto per la pulizia e le condizioni ottime della stanza.

Struttura vicina a vari luoghi di interesse

Camera abbastanza nuova e pulita, con frigorifero e congelatore in dotazione e staff molto disponibile per il check in. Molto apprezzato il set di cortesia con bollitore, tè, camomilla e caffè solubile.

Piatto doccia che perdeva acqua e delle formiche in camera, provenienti dagli infissi.

La collocazione della struttura. L'appartamento ben arredato e spazioso.

È mancata l'informazione turistica, sarebbero bastati anche dei depliant con i luoghi da raggiungere e visitare o con gli appuntamenti per il periodo. Pulizia appena sufficiente.

Un bel disastro

La doccia un disastro. Praticamente la doccia ha una parete in vetro laterale e basta. Non ha un piatto doccia e il pavimento non ha pendenza, quindi dopo 10 secondi di doccia il bagno è completamente allagato. In dotazione c’è un grande spazzolone quindi mentre io facevo la doccia mio marito cercava di fermare l’acqua per evitare che entrasse in camera. Ho segnalato alla reception e mi è stato risposto: “sì questi bagni sono stati concepiti male”. Io mi chiedo: se siete coscienti di questo problema, magari sarebbe utile cercare di risolvere il problema. Visto pure che avete palazzine con decine di appartamenti che affittate. Roba da matti. Per il resto anche la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare e nel materasso si affondava, forse sarebbe il caso di cambiarlo.

Capodanno in Toscana

Camera accogliente, graziosa, con ampio bagno privato. Arredamento moderno ogni confort. Ho affittato questa camera per essere indipendente e comoda per una settimana circa in compagnia di amici e parenti alloggiati altrove. Mi sono trovata bene anche perché in questa struttura sono stata totalmente autonoma.

Perfetto per soggiorni brevi

Struttura anni 60, recentemente rinnovata al suo interno. Camera spaziosa e gradevole, biancheria da letto e da bagno pulitissima e di buona qualità.

Bagno ampio ma male organizzato, mancanza totale di ripiani i mensole su cui riporre spazzolini e altro, vetro della doccia walking-in scenografico ma troppo corto e quindi bagno allagato ogni volta. Stanza nel complesso pulita, ma pavimento trascurato: polvere, sabbia e capelli.
