Walk to Beach, Coligny Plaza | Hilton Head Villa

We spent 7 wonderful days here, just my wife, our 15-month-old baby, and me, and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment is bright, spacious, and beautifully maintained, located just a short walk from the beach and the children’s museum. According to the reception book, it was renovated in October 2024, and it really shows. The kitchen is fully equipped and roomy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the whole place felt perfectly safe for our little one. The swimming pool in the middle of the complex is a lovely bonus, and the location is hard to beat. On top of that, the value for money was excellent, and the host was always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed. For this price, I don’t think you’ll find a better apartment.

It wasn’t the cleanest apartment ever, but considering that a beach apartment is much harder to clean than other types of accommodation, it was clean enough. The steps on the staircase were all broken (we’re not sure why) so you need to be a little careful, though it’s not a big deal. Also, be cautious with the door code, as it expired one hour before check-out. If we had closed the door, our belongings would have been locked inside.

The size of the place was great

No key card to get into the pool area. Beds were not comfortable at all the pillows were very thin.

The pool was clean and refreshing. The lagoon area was pretty and serene. The townhouse was very clean, the main bedroom bed and pillows were very comfortable. Decor is nice and the furniture is comfortable. Lots of TV/movie options. Within walking distance to the beach and Coligny shopping and dining.
