V4, Villa Jardins Branqueira3 near Beach, Albufeira

The villa was excellent size and had everything we needed for our family of seven

We requested our villa early as we arrived just after 12.00 and didnt actually get our keys until 16.45. To be fair we knew that it was contracted to be ours until 17.00. However we were contracted to leave the villa by 10.00 and we were asked if we would be leaving early, despite our saying no, just before 8.00 am the pool man followed by the maid were round to almost encourage us to clear the property, Also we reported a potential leak from the fridge which had made the floor hazardous, we reported it and given a couple of possible explanations as to the cause, it did clear but returned again one day and I think it would have been nice to have been asked by property if all was ok. No maid service mid week which I found strange.

The garden was beautiful & having access to the private pool was just bliss

It was very spacious and had everything inside

Pool was too cold to use, was only 4 loungers for 6 adults, beds were hard, air con only half worked
