Nice clean well equipped apartments with a nice terrace, ac and kitchen. Nice swimming pools.

Shower cabin gets clogged and water overflows. No extra toilet paper provided.

Location ideal for easy travel to other places. Close to other amenities. Pool was excellent and refreshing in the warm weather. The room was basic but serviced our needs, the balcony was a nice bonus. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful

When we arrived we were the only occupants of our building, this was lovely. Alas towards the end of our stay some youngsters occupied the other apartment on the top floor and were somewhat noisy. This we were able to hear quite easily which was annoying especially being in the quiet time. We did mention it to reception staff who said they would have a word. We don’t know if they did because our stay ended soon after.

The rooms are действительно very spacious — even a bit too much, which makes them feel somewhat empty. The territory is nice, and the terrace is a big plus. Shops are nearby, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk away, although it’s not really suitable for swimming.

However, there are some serious downsides: Ventilation and mold issues. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which is surprising for modern accommodation. As a result, there is a strong mold smell coming from the furniture. The kitchen does have an electric hood, but it doesn’t work properly: when cooking, moisture builds up — not only are the tiles wet, but even the cabinet above the hood gets damp. There are visible signs of covered-up mold in the corner of the living room. It feels like the issue is being masked rather than properly fixed. Cleaning and basic supplies. There was no cleaning at all during the week. Also, basic items like trash bags and cleaning products are not provided regularly. Lack of basic kitchen essentials. It would be reasonable to provide at least a minimal set: salt, sugar, tea, oil. For a short stay, it’s inconvenient to buy all of these, as most of it ends up unused.

It is a nice place, nice location

Not hot water all the time. We asked twice for toilet paper and never got it. Single bed for couple. My back and my partner’s back still hurt
