The bed was comfortable, the shower was adequate with fairly good water pressure,  the flat screen TV was great. The fridge, the microwave, the closet, I love this little place.
The bathroom rug was filthy. I don’t think it had been washed in months. The toilet seat was loose, which was disappointing.

This place was exceptionally adequate, super clean, and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. So clever how they created this lovely little cottage and it was very quiet too. I really appreciated that I had my own parking spot right next to my cottage.
Yard could have been free of litter and leaves.

The property is located in a quiet residential area very close to downtown. It is not far from the main highways and easy to find. It had a private parking space for each unit. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was clean. There was a convenience store a block away. We felt safe in the area. As advertised, it is quite small and cozy as long as you don't have a lot of things with you. We enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The host was attentive and and replied quickly to help solve a couple of minor issues we had.
The mini fridge wasn't working during our stay. Our stay was over the weekend and unfortunately it could not be repaired until after we left. We had a cooler to make due. The wifi went out and needed to be reset, which is done from the main house, not the mini suite. This was fixed within a few hours. No major complaints.
