Nice apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea. We enjoyed our stay: the size was ok for two adults and a small child. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils to cook decent meals. There was free parking available (and you definitely need a car there). Overall, a great place for short stays. Things to keep in mind for those planning to stay longer: - There's no wifi in the house - No cleaning service was provided throughout our 14-day stay. No towel change. You can wash the linens and towels in the washing machine. For cleaning, you make use of the vacuum cleaner etc. - The pool is not a fully private pool. The building has a condominium structure and has other tenants living there as well. All the residents of the building have access to the pool. - It is a very quiet area even in the high season. You have to like it. We enjoyed it a lot, as we also travelled to Corsica and the Northern islands which were relatively convenient with Trinità d'Agultu as the home base. - There are a few very good beaches at a relatively close distance (Li Cossi was our favourite). If you are up for it, the more dreamy beaches are a long drive (you need to take into account 50 minutes to 3.5 hrs one-way driving distance).

The owner was very responsive and he even shared an info package prior to our arrival in Sardinia. There were several things up for improvement though: - We also had problems during check-in: the Booking.com site refers to the apartment number as #19 whereas it is #39. A kind person living on the same street helped us find the apartment (the only way he knew was when we mentioned the building has a pool outside). Reading the other reviews just now, surprised to see this issue has not been already addressed to date. Please take care of this matter, as a smooth key hand-over makes for one of the most important pillars of the overall guest experience. - We would have really liked the towels and sheets to have been changed at least once during our stay, also considering one of the sheets had stains on it from previous stays. - The water tap in the kitchen had a serious leakage, which has probably been ongoing for a long time. This could have been attended to earlier (ideally before our arrival) and not only when we informed them.

The apartment is lovely and fresh well decorated , kitchen has everything you need, bed super comfy. The outside space is relaxing with wonderful sea views. Host Alessandro is very helpful and welcoming overall perfect.

There was a bit of miscommunication about the address.The email we recieved had a different address than where we were going so it was difficult to find the host and place for check in. But luckily we had her number.
