Free airport transfer, beautiful room, black out curtains and sound proofing for a great sleep, much needed after a long flight! Staff were welcoming, best airport stay among many over the last few years, highly recommend!

The mattress is some kind of memory foam, which we liked. Airport pick up and drop off convenient. Just make sure you let them know when you got your luggage, so they would come to pick you up.

We had agreed on airport pick up time and place outside at a certain spot, which was great. The car was not there. Only when I asked about it, they would leave from the hotel. That is fine if I knew this in advance. It took 15min for the car to arrive and it’s the hot season. It was still very handy service. The pillow is very high and hard. No fridge in the room.

Location near Don Muang Airport was great. We arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport in the evening and took a Grab over to the Airport Mini Hostel to save ourselves a long drive and an early start in the morning. The airport drop off worked brilliantly and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel was really clean inside (all guests have to leave shoes outside in the lobby), and had everything we needed - bathroom and shower was good. I slept well and found the bed and a/c to be fine.

The rooms don't have windows so there's no natural light, and the rooms have dark concrete walls so it does feel a little heavy - not exactly claustrophobic because the rooms are large enough. My husband in the room next to mine with my son found the bed too hard and the a/c too weak.
