Overall, it was not bad. The only downsides were that Wi-Fi was advertised as included, but it required an additional payment, and the air conditioner was quite noisy and seems to need maintenance. Other than that, everything was fine.

Very spacious and comfortable, has a lot of pools and a gated community.
The AC was extremely loud, cabinet doors were unstable, the door net was taken down and it is very far away from the beach.

The apartment is nice, comfortable and good value for money, the complex has everything, including 5 pools.
Items were listed but not in the apartment. There is no microwave or toaster and messages sent to the owners were unanswered.
For those with mobility issues, be aware that there is no elevator in any of the complex buildings, nor has there ever been, contrary to what the owners state.
