About this house rental
Two independent houses immersed in a huge garden of 2700 square meters.
An ideal place for families with children because access to the beach takes place directly from the garden, an almost unique peculiarity.
Those who book for 15 days or rent both houses are entitled to an additional discount.
The two houses can be rented individually or simultaneously.
Each house has its own privacy, in common they only have the descent to the sea and the driveway.
The Blue House has 4 beds, the Red House has 5 beds.
The garden offers many spaces where you can play with your children, read a nice book or rest among Palms, Banana Trees, Bougainvillea, Sugar Canes and Eucalyptus Trees, Junipers, Maritime Pines, Bamboo, Ficus and many other trees, without forgetting the Blue House and Red House, where you can rest or watch your children play comfortably lying on a deck chair under a palm tree.
It is the ideal place for families with children.
The Blue house, certainly the house with the most charm, consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a double sofa bed, a complete kitchen, a laundry room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Externally there is a terrace overlooking the sea and a covered veranda facing the lawn and the sea.
A holiday in a magical and silent context.
It is the ideal place for those who love the sea, nature, quiet and visit the cities of Sicilian Baroque.

La casa conferma quello che avevo già visto nelle foto sul sito. Anzi è molto più bella. Fantastico giardino e bellissima vista sul mare. L'accesso diretto + favoloso e ti consente di andare al mare già pronto in costume. Arredi belli e tipici della sicilia del passato. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Credo che valga davvero la pena fare una vacanza in questa abitazione. Grazie di tutto Alessandro e a presto.

La casa è accogliente, piena di atmosfera, accessoriata di tutto. Perfetta per chi ha bambini piccoli perchè il giardino dà accesso direttamente alla spiaggia. Il posto è tranquillo ma vicino sia a supermercati che ristoranti e bar. Il rumore delle onde che fa da constante sottofondo rende il soggiorno perfetto!

come da titolo, la casa è nella posizione ideale per chi cerca il relax nella vacanza. Un curato giardino con affaccio sulla spiaggia permette di fruire del mare quando si vuole senza spostarsi da casa. I proprietari sono molto disponibili per ogni eventuale necessità o informazione. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di trovare acqua e birra in frigo e, soprattutto, gelati ed alcuni giochi da spiaggia per nostro figlio. Troverete ogni necessaria attrezzatura da spiaggia già sul posto. Consigliatissimo!

Die ersten Tage waren wunderbar, dann sind die Handwerker gekommen: ab 8:00 Uhr morgens bis Sonnenuntergang wurde mit Schlagbohrmaschine und Hämmern direkt auf dem Betondach über der Wohnung gelärmt, abends dann stinkendes und vermutlich giftiges Abdichtungsmittel aufgetragen, das wir dann nachts einatmen mussten, da die Ausdünstungen in die Wohnung gezogen sind. Sehr schade, und unverschämt, dass die Bauarbeiten in diesen Tagen durchgeführt wurden, laut Belegungskalender wäre über Wochen vorher und nachher die Wohnung nicht belegt gewesen! Sonst wäre es schon schön gewesen: Die Lage direkt am Strand, der große Garten und die große Wohnung waren wunderbar. Nur die Dusche war antiquiert, sehr eng und schmuddelig.
