About this house rental
Two independent houses immersed in a huge garden of 2700 square meters.
An ideal place for families with children because access to the beach takes place directly from the garden, an almost unique peculiarity.
Those who book for 15 days or rent both houses are entitled to an additional discount.
The two houses can be rented individually or simultaneously.
Each house has its own privacy, in common they only have the descent to the sea and the driveway.
The Blue House has 4 beds, the Red House has 5 beds.
The garden offers many spaces where you can play with your children, read a nice book or rest among Palms, Banana Trees, Bougainvillea, Sugar Canes and Eucalyptus Trees, Junipers, Maritime Pines, Bamboo, Ficus and many other trees, without forgetting the Blue House and Red House, where you can rest or watch your children play comfortably lying on a deck chair under a palm tree.
It is the ideal place for families with children.
The Blue house, certainly the house with the most charm, consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a double sofa bed, a complete kitchen, a laundry room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Externally there is a terrace overlooking the sea and a covered veranda facing the lawn and the sea.
A holiday in a magical and silent context.
It is the ideal place for those who love the sea, nature, quiet and visit the cities of Sicilian Baroque.

We stayed in casa blue in April and we loved it! Our kids had plenty of space to play. The garden in amazing and it is well looked after. When you get bored of the garden you can just step down onto the beach and take a short walk to Montalbano's house. The house is well equiped with all you might need. The constant sound of the sea and smell of the jasmine which was in bloom was amazing and so relaxing. You definitely need a car if you want to see some other amazing places and to go shopping. We went to Ragusa, Modica and Scicli which are about 40min drive away from the villa. Donnafugata castle is also worth seeing. We loved the place and we would love to come come back one day!

We had a lovely stay in the Blue House. The host Fabrizio and Alessandro were so helpfull i could reach them anytime. The Garden is fantastic, so you have several options to sit and eat, depending on the wether. It was lovely to stay so close to the water and beach and to here the Sound of the Waves all the Time!
We will come back.

We were two families renting both the blue and the red house, which we found to be the perfect place for this setting. The beautiful huge garden was perfect for the children to play, it offered many nice places to sit and a barbecue area. It offers a beautiful view towards the sea and the beach can be reached directly via a staircase from the garden. The beach ist lovely and never crowdet. The next village is even with little children an easy walking distance away (just along the beach!) and many interesting destinations can be reached by car.
The houses offered a lot of space and we found everything we needed. The two houses next to each other gave us the opportunity to spend a holiday together and still to resile every now and again.
We found it to be a perfect place for our holiday and our hosts were very caring and helpfull with every question or request we had!
