The apartment is really right I the city, new renovated, a real nice place. The service regarding hand over kex-(code) didn't work, stress at the beginning => space for improvments at FLH

hand over time consuming and didn't work out. 'There is no hand over of key, key code, key box at the apartment. We had to go to the FLH office in Lissabon first, where to get the key for the apartment. The office is not far from the apparent, but with car to find a parking lot an additional challenge in that area. We got the key for the apartment. The man at the counter explained, that the key is for all. The position "key code" at the Tag/label of the key was crossed out (not required). We had to find out both information were wrong. To get into the building we needed a "key code of the main entrance to the staircase, we didn't had. - We callled he telephone number of FLH office but no didn't reach anybody - We pressed"service" at the key-bad of the main entrance, in the beginning without success. - after several tries, a lady was in the line, clarifying what to do and giving the key code finally. - The key we got for the apartment fit at first time. It was the first what "fit" in FLH hand over.

Flat was spotless and and in an excellent location.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren großzügig und sauber. Gute Lage.

Check in war umständlich da die Adresse sehr schwer zu finden ist. Trotz längerem Aufenthalt kein Wechsel der Bade bzw. Handtücher. Keine Zwischenreinigung und Müllentsorgung in Eigenregie, wobei kein Ort zur Entsorgung angegeben wird. Schlechte Klimaanlage!
