The room meets our expections. The room locate in a location near the rossie square and near public transporaion. It come with all our needs, as published

1. The owner charge 40 euros for cleaning the room. Actualy it for cleaning the room after guests are leaving. The room was not clean by owner during our stay 8 nights. They should write it in the description.Take it into considaration. 2. The room is located in hills so to go to the room you should climb many stairs and walk in a road with high slope. So if you are not in shape be aware. 3. When you open the door of the building you climb steep slope of stairs 45 degrees. You have two staircase of these kind. So if you are old or not in shape you will have problem to climb the stairs.

We had everything we needed and it was spacious. Good shower, facilities like fridge, sofa etc great, iron, hairdryer. Amazing location A+

No air conditioning and steps up to apartment quite steep. Sign above the door on way out should be made clearer. To lock or not to lock main door? It was a bit of a tricky one getting in and out with the large key and the door has dropped making it somewhat difficult to lock and unlock the apartment door.

El apartamento era cómodo, disponía de equipaje de cocina, ropa de cama, edredones y varias toallas, bien situado, junto a la plaza el Rossio y del teatro Municipal, subiendo una pequeña cuesta, unas escaleras, luego se accede al portal, situado en un 1º piso. recibimos toda la información antes de la llegada, códigos de apertura de las puertas, etc. Los dueños fueron muy amables en todo el momento. Me olvide mi table y me la enviaron por correo postal, muy bien protegida, agradezco enormemente las molestias, le doy las gracias a Carina y Juan, estoy muy agradecida, reciban un cordial un saludo . Perfectly located to get to all the sites in Lisbon...we walked everywhere

Felt unsafe at night as many rough sleepers were around (god love them )...steep street steps to the apartment then very steep stairs up to the room. More street lighting needed on the approach to the door at night. This needs to be made clearer for those who would be bad on their feet....
