The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is just a quick drive past the Gatlinburg strip.
This newly renovated 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Condo has all the comforts of home.
Easy entry from the parking area the lower level provides a stacking washer and dryer for your convenience. You will also find a bedroom that offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a standing shower.
The main level welcomes you with cathedral ceilings in the living room/dining room, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen compete with granite counter tops, stone backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. Step out onto the enclosed porch and take in the mountain views and Gatlinburg's Sky lift Park featuring the Sky Bridge. The master bedroom, also located on this level, features a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a whirlpool tub.
Up the spiral staircase to the partially enclosed loft, you will find a queen bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a tub/shower combination.
403 Baskins Creek is located off traffic light 6 in downtown Gatlinburg. It's a quick walk to downtown or hop on the trolley at the end of the drive. While exploring some of the attractions you will find include: Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Sky Lift Park, Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Restaurants include Ole Red, The Peddler Steak House, Pancake Pantry, Tennessee Jed's, Big Daddy's Pizza, and Crockett's Breakfast Camp just to name a few. Don't forget the endless amount of shopping you will find not only in Gatlinburg, but also in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Stop in the shops of Gatlinburg's 8-mile Arts and Craft loop full of galleries, studios, crafts and restaurants.

This townhouse was everything it's advertised to be and more. The beds were super comfy and the layout was perfect for our family. Our kids loved the "princess" staircase aka the loft with the spiral stairs. Downtown Gatlinburg was completely accessible with just a short 10-15 min walk. Sandy was an excellent communicator and host. The starter items were exactly what we needed to make the weekend stress free. Oh! And the bears are legit hanging around the area in June. Sandy provided instructions before our arrival on bear prevention, which we were happy to follow. However, we had an encounter in the parking lot b/c another vehicle had trash in their truck bed. The bear didn't care about us, but it was a reminder that bad habits can bring them closer than you would like.

Great location, walkable to almost everything but far enough from all the foot traffic and noise. We loved reading on the screened in porch and our daughter loved staying in the loft bedroom.

Sandy was awesome to work with! VRBO support responded immediately when I first arrived, listened, contacted Sandy - who responded immediately also - and my confusion was quickly resolved. When I first walked inside, I could feel the warmth and love Sandy and Ron have for their 'home'. It was nice to be able to 'walk to Gatlinburg" and not have to worry about parking. When my sister arrived the next day - her first word was "WOW!" Sandy and Ron are "Premier Hosts" for a reason!

Very nice and comfortable place. Especially loved the porches and the proximity to town. Would definitely stay here again.
