Enjoy staying in this newly remodeled and beautifully furnished, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, condo near Downtown Gatlinburg. 8 to 11 minutes walk to the main strip. 2 to 3 minutes to a Trolley Stop. Walk-able distance to Ripley’s Aquarium, Anakeesta Park, Ober Park and ski area, restaurants! 2 smart TVs!
A tastefully decorated modern condo with free parking on site. We are located about 0.5 mile to the main strip of Gatlinburg and just a few hundred feet to the nearest red line trolley stop. You can park your car, walk to downtown or hop on a trolley to tour Gatlinburg. Trolley fares are affordable, and unlimited rides all day tickets are available, you can find out more by searching for Gatlinburg trolley.

An indoor swimming pool available all year round and a hot tub. Pool hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM.

The condo was very clean. It was located very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We had a very nice stay with our family. Our host responded very quickly and gave us very detailed information. We even had the excitement of a few sightings of bears on property!

The place had a moldy order and the house keeper used way too much air freshener where we had massive headaches during our stay. There is no storage for food. There was paint cans where the food goes. There was a toilet brush under the sink. There is water leak stains on the bathroom ceiling. They painted the walls and have un matching paint on the patch work. Looks like someone was in a hurry. The back patio deck has mold all over the floor and under the rug. The stove vent don’t work so the male of cooked lingered. I told the home owner and she seemed unphased. I do not recommend this place

Dampness in the air. Each room had a funky smell. Had to go around and unplug the plug-ins that was hiding the smell. Definitely not a 6-8 min walk to downtown. Although it was close. We still had to drive and pay for parking.

Just a few items could be improved:-stove wasn't in great shape, one burner didnt work, neither did the exhaust fan-the front door didn't lock properly unless we held it closed for 15 seconds. Left on its own, the lock wouldn't latch and it would continously try to lock itself. -kitchen sink and shower drainage wasn't greatThanks for a great time!

For four adults this property was acceptably sized & equipped. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom facilities were nice. The living area furnishings were adequate. Overall, a nice stay at a reasonable price. Very quick & accurate communications from the owner. Plenty of parking. But one party’s car was destroyed overnight by a bear. So make sure not to leave anything that will attract them in your vehicle. Follow the warning signs because you’ve chosen to stay in bear country.

The condo was conveniently located to the entrance of the Smoky Mountains National Park. It was clean and safe. We did see bear in the back woods on two occasions from the safety of the 4th floor balcony. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked if we wanted to cook. We had a very nice stay in the condo.

I stayed here while on a road trip with my dad. This spot is such a perfect location. It’s really close to all the main attractions in town, but also boarders the wood to give you that sense of where you are. The apartment was clean and directions were super clear from our host. We even lucked out and got to see a black bear with her cubs from the balcony by the front door. I would absolutely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights while visiting the Smokys. Super cute unit with more than enough space for 2 (*the exterior of the building is older but this unit has been updated). Short walk to the main drag of Gatlinburg, easy access driving into park or surrounding areas. We even had a bear visit on the hillside behind the building one late afternoon! Would definitely recommend.

We loved this location! Just a walk away from all of downtown gatlinburg! Clean! Clean! Clean! And the host is very responsive if we were ever in need of anything! It was perfect for our family of five!

Upon arrival after we opened up the door we got hit with a very strong stale mildew smell. After turning on the three air conditioners in the unit and opening up the door to the balcony and running a fan we brought it was evident that the smell was not leaving. I went around to the ac units to see mold on all of them especially the one in the living, it was clear that it had not been cleaned in awhile. I cleaned in the slates the best I could but it needed cleaning supplies that we unfortunately didn’t have. This unit was very dirty from the baseboards to the white stains on the couch to the hair left in one of the showers and the bathroom vents covered in dust. But after leaving and returning and the smell not dissipating it came concerning for the health of my family that we would not be able to stay there. After reaching out to the owner she would not refund us any money for these deplorable conditions she wanted us to stay in. I would never recommend this unit!

Condo was very clean & nice! It was awesome how it had oil, ketchup, salt & pepper, things we didn’t think to pack but ended up needing! Only down fall was there was no washer & dryer inside of the condo! There is a laundry room to do your laundry, but it only took quarters & didn’t have a change machine to get quarters. So bring a roll of quarters if you may need to do some wash! Condo overall though highly recommend!!!

The condo is clean and very well maintained. It is walking distance (and a lovely walk) to downtown, a huge positive because parking downtown is a madhouse. My 2 daughters really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Another great bonus was that it is close to very cool hiking trails, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The drive to Pigeon Forge for Dollywood and Splash Country was very easy and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property had all amenities needed, including few pantry supplies such as sugar, tea, oil etc. The entrance is kinda dirty and not welcoming, but the unit is clean and nicely decorated. Overall the condo was nice. The condominium itself was not kept up as well. I was reluctant going up to the condo. However, I was impressed once inside. We did run out of toilet paper and luckily brought several things necessities from home in case this happened.
