Solar HEATED* Pool (no extra cost) with waterfall invites swimming, relaxing, cooking on the grill and spending quality time with family and friends. Property also has very nice dock on a Gulf Access Canal for water sports, fishing, or just relaxing on a lounge chair. Enjoy wildlife from the dock such as bird-watching, fish jumping from the water, turtles, and manatee. Perfect location to comfortably take advantage of all the area has to offer, including local shopping and dining in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Matlacha, and Pine Island. Close to many famous SW Florida Beaches including Sanibel, Cayo Costa, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach. 20 minutes from Red Sox spring training field, JetBlue Park in Fort Myers. Minimum renter age 25 yrs old.

We had a great time staying at an absolutely fantastic house. Everything we needed was available and on site, check in process was smooth. We will definitely be coming back to this in the future.

We couldn’t have been happier with this house, it had everything we needed for a two week stay. The beds were comfortable and even though only 2 couples stayed here it would accommodate more. Loved that each couple had there own space if needed. The owner was very cordial and responsive to anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property. We will be back next year.

We had an amazing family get away! The house was beautiful and fit our group perfectly. It was very clean and spacious. Very well maintained and updated. We spent most of the time out by the pool. There’s a separate area outside by the pool thats shaded and also which was wonderful for my young children to get a sun break from
Yet they could still enjoy the company being outdoors. We saw a few turtles in the canal, fish, some lizards and even a huge iguana in the backyard which was Very cool to see! Thanks for letting us enjoy this home and make such wonderful memories with our family/friends.
