Our house is the perfect place for a family or friends' holiday, as it has capacity to accommodate 6-8 people.
The house features a single-storey layout, which guarantees comfort and accessibility for all guests. Additionally, it consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, one of them en suite with a full bathroom and shower, and another bathroom with a shower, ensuring that all guests have the space and privacy they need.
To ensure a comfortable stay, the house is equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room, which means you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the heat.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, so you can cook your favourite dishes and enjoy meals with family or friends.
In the private pool area, you will find a fully equipped summer kitchen with dishwasher, oven and gas cooker, as well as a barbecue, so you can prepare delicious meals whilst enjoying the view and tranquillity of the surroundings.
In this house pets are welcome but be careful if he bathes in the swimming pool because the long hair of the dogs can break the motor.
There is also a washing machine in the laundry room next to the garage, so you won't have to worry about dirty clothes during your holiday. Additionally, you will find an iron and ironing board to ensure you always look impeccable.
The house has wifi connection and television with French channels, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.
Finally, the house has fenced outdoor parking with an automatic gate for 2 cars, which means you will have a safe and convenient place to park your vehicle.

Neu renovierter aussenbereich inkl. Pool und schöner zweiten Küche mit Bar neben dem Pool
Es gibt nicht zu verbessern, (leider waren die zwei Hunde des Nachbar zu laut, haben immer gebellt wenn jemand vorbei gelaufen ist aber nachts dafür ruhig)

Nous avons apprécié la maison spacieuse, ses prestations de qualité, la piscine privée.
Le confort y est optimal !
Le réel plus pour nous a été la cuisine d'été.
N'oublions la vue montagne côté piscine et mer côte terrasse !
