Very good location. A convenient store right around the corner, and a 7-11 just a 5min walk away. Also close to subway station less than 10 min walk. Spacious room with separate toilet and bathroom. Easy self check-in and out.
The bed is on the small side for two person with only one blanket provided. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, bumpy along the folds even after lined with mattress.

Excellent location. A short walk to and from Oshiage station, and a 10-15 minute walk to Tokyo Skytree. Great view of Tokyo Skytree from the apartment. It was enough space for our family of 4, including 2 adults and 2 kids. The hot tub was a nice feature and we enjoyed using it and relaxing outside. We also made use of the washer/dryer. It was great that we didn’t have to pack so much clothes or look for a laundromat. There is a super market downstairs and 7-11 is a 1 minute walk away.
It could be cleaner. It wasn’t super bad, but there were a few spots with dust and black spots around the vents on the wall. There were also parts where we encountered hair that didn’t belong to us. We all have short hair and there were long ones on the floor. The shower also had a broken towel rack that should either be completely removed or replaced. Although it seems like a lot, they were minor issues when considering the location, price and other amenities like the balcony, hot tub, and the view. I would still stay here again.
