Good location, close to the beach. Affordable for the location. Doormen (porteiros) very helpful and friendly. Decent wifi. Easy checkout.
Only 1 elevator so can take a little time when apt is on 12th (top) floor. Took too long to get the keys, She told us she would contact us when they were ready, but never did. We had to go to a different location to do payment because for some reason it had not gone through. We went back after 3 hours to the doorman who then had the key, but we had never gotten word it was ready. Shower had only lukewarm water. 'Kitchen' had only cooking top for 1 pan, and a coffee maker+ fridge. No other appliances.
