Good location, close to the beach and facilities (restaurants, supermarkets and shops) The flat has a nice layout, living room with air conditioning which was very good for Rio’s heat. The WiFi also works well, we had to work from the flat and there is a desk you can use.
The toilet could have been cleaned a bit better, there was a soap from previous guest, the bedroom there was no space to put our stuff and as there was no much floor space neither so we had to leave our luggage’s in the kitchen which is close to the bedroom.

A localização é muito boa, costumo ficar na região e gosto muito dali. O espaço é diferente de um apartamento comum, mas é interessante, sendo o banheiro logo na entrada, antes da sala, e o quarto fica nos fundos, depois da ampla cozinha com área de serviço e também da área externa. Esse espaço externo é um diferencial no apto! O apto estava bem limpo e foi cômodo passarmos os dias lá.
Não tinha toalhas, decidimos comprar numa loja para usarmos durante a estadia. Os lençóis não eram tão bons e o ar condicionado (apesar de gelar bem) fazia muito barulho às vezes e incomodava o sono. O banheiro podia ser um pouquinho mais espaçoso e o box é apertado e tinha vazamento que molhava o chão do banheiro. O banheiro também fica disposto de um jeito que não há ventilação, assim como o resto do apartamento, que por ser térreo, não tem ventilação cruzada.
