The house has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It really felt like visiting family. The hosts were super cute and nice. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious. The room was really comfy with an amazing view of the river.
It’s not really about the property but just be aware that there’s no supermarkets or konbini around so if you want to buy some snacks or grab dinner, make sure to do so before getting there.

A cosy traditional Japanese room with a stunning view overlooking Tama river, and a very warm and welcoming host who made the effort to communicate with my friend and I in English. Their cat Komachi was also very cute, and the host gave us some churu to feed him!
Other than there being no late night dinner options in the area (that was our fault for not doing our research and ending our day late), we were very satisfied with the place, no complaints!
