A cosy traditional Japanese room with a stunning view overlooking Tama river, and a very warm and welcoming host who made the effort to communicate with my friend and I in English. Their cat Komachi was also very cute, and the host gave us some churu to feed him!
Other than there being no late night dinner options in the area (that was our fault for not doing our research and ending our day late), we were very satisfied with the place, no complaints!

Authentic home in a beautiful natural area run by lovely people

Location is near the Mitake train station. The host/owner is personable, gracious, and informative of the area as to restaurants to try and the many indigenous animals. Two beautiful cats complement the owner and property. It is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
There are stairs to access the room which is okay and you need to be careful.
