A wonderful fully renovated Portsea Beach House positioned in one of Portea's finest private roads. Walking distance to Portsea Village, Portsea Hotel and Portsea's famous Back Beach. Total seclusion awaits as you drive up the driveway surrounded by gorgeous native Moonah and Tea Trees.
The house sleep 9 and is positioned on top of the hill with incredible tree top and sand dune vistas capturing lovely afternoon sea breezes. The house was fully renovated late 2019 with new kitchen, bathrooms and built in cabinetry. A huge north facing deck is the jewel of the property with a large 10 person outdoor table, outdoor fire pit and multiple sun lounges. Festoon lighting adds wonderful evening ambience.
A gas strut servery window opens up the breakfast bar to the sunny deck and is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon vino.
The house comprises a King sized master bedroom with ensuite upstairs, 2 queen bedrooms downstairs plus a large bunk room with TV and bean bags. Two updated bathrooms top off the downstairs section of the house. There is a new kitchen with Bosch dishwasher and Bosch double ovens, Nespresso coffee machine and a European Laundry with Bosch washer and dryer. A large banquet styled dining area, upstairs powder room, stunning free standing fireplace, air-conditioning (upstairs), hydronic heating and a private media room with long built in day beds complete the house.
