Very easy communication with the owners. The apartment is in a nice and quiet place. It is clean and has everything you need. Internet excellent. Definitely a great recommendation.

In general, there are no things I didn't like. It may be a little further from the old part of the city, but only for those who don't like to walk.

Superb

Detailed instructions from landlord via WhatsApp, so you could check in any time. View from the window, coffee machine, parking. It's okay for me for one night sleep as I was very tired

Pictures do not reflect reality, too high price for value

The contact with the property was very good, we received detailed information on how to get to the property and received answers to all our questions (including very good recommendation for a restaurant). The property is well located, in a good area. There was coffee available in the room.

The apartment is not well taken care of, the fittings are used and gave the impression that the apartment is not clean. Bad smell in the room, probably from smoking inside. The photos on booking do not reflect the reality, they are much better than how the apartment really looks. The price on booking is higher than on the webside (we paid the Booking price) and is too high compared to what the apartment has to offer. The paid parking is a minus, given the lack of quality at least parking should be included in the price.

Perfect and quiet

Extremely comfortable, just as pictured with all the amenities needed. Comfortable bed. Espresso kurig was a bonus! Quiet neighborhood and just a 15-30 minute walk to center of town or plenty of bus options. We came in later at night and without a SIM card we’re concerned about getting in if there were any issues, but our our host sent great photos and instructions and even how to get to her unit in case there was a problem. Be sure to check out the brewery, Timisoreana. Recently remodeled with great beer, food and staff (no tours though unfortunately!). This was one of the most fun and hip restaurants we went to in the whole city and it was just around the corner!

Exceptional

It was clean, in a quiet neighborgood, with some parking space for extra money. The lady supervising it was super nice and spoke great English. There is Lidl right next to it, if you need any shopping.

Totul a fost minunat!

A fost minunat. Am închiriat mai multe proprietăți, iar toate au fost foarte curate, placute si confortabile. De asemenea am primit instrucțiuni foarte clare pentru acces, iar propietarul a fost mereu disponibil la telefon.

Este un complex rezidențial, as sugera doar o mai buna "cartografiere" a proprietăților. As sugera si o poza din exterior extins, unde să se poata idendifica propietatile, astfel închirierea mai multor apartamente pe acelasi etaj să fie facilă
