Convenient and very easy to communicate with. Parking is very tricky in the area, so keep that in mind if you drive.

We arrived very late at night and did the self-check-in route. It was very well organized and soo easy to get into the building, and our room. Communication was easy with the staff. Spacious, clean, simple rooms.
1-would be good to have a spare roll of toilet paper. 2-You need hooks by the shower (for towel/robe)

Perfectly located to all of the beaches and restaurants in Santa Pola. A 15 min walk to the Bus Station. Easy to find and it felt secure. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay.
Very noisy from other apartments in the building and the surrounding area. Only one window can be opened and the air conditioner was locked at 25 degrees C. The shower door needs attention as water does escape on to the floor. Also a light blanket would have been nice as the sheet was too cod and the duvet was too hot.

There was no glass in the bathroom or the other room - absolutely vital - I also think that the location of the wifi code should be pointed out and that there should be more informatio offered - eg taxi number - bar/restaurant suggestions locally and maybe a map of the vicinity - since there were no facilities to make coffee and I have mobility restrictions and a suggestion of where I could get coffee nearby would have been very welcome
